In this episode I get the chance to sit down with one of they easiest guys in to talk to in podcasting, Jared Easley. We've only ever had a couple of conversations on twitter but this is the first time ever having a chance to sit down and speak with him and what a delight! For those of you who don't know what Podcast Movement is, it's a podcasting conference specifically tailored for podcaster of any ilk. There are "Breakouts" and "Sessions" about Marketing, Monetizing, Building an Audience and even, Finding Your Voice in Podcasting. It's the one stop networking shop for all podcasters to meet and greet and learn new methods for taking their podcast up a notch or two...if they so choose. We talk the origins of this Podcast Movement, Jared's own learning experiences and what he hopes podcasters themselves will take away from an even like this. As most of you know, I am attending this event myself and I'd love to hear from you if you too are going. Please shoot me a message on twitter @Podcaster101 or send me an email... 7DAGpodcasting101@gmail.com. I'm looking forward to all learning, networking and meeting my fellow podcasters in the coming days! Thanks to all of you for your support! www.Patreon.com/monkeypoostudios |

In this episode of Podcasting 101 I get a chance to meet face to face with a fantastic story teller, Paula Allen. This is something I hope to be doing more often with this show. Meeting podcasters, and talking all things podcasting in person. Paula has been podcasting for well over a year now, but only releasing episodes now for just over 6 months. Lot's of practicing. Lots and lots of tape! We discuss everything from her evolution of recording stories, to creating a podcast revolving around her passion for live music, and all the work that goes into traveling from venue to venue, to meet with live musical acts, to get true and honest stories for them. She is so committed to podcasting and the music scene she is actually building herself a mobile podcasting studio that she will take with her to music festival's all across Canada. If you're looking to be inspired to start podcasting, or get rejuvenated by someone who is so in love with podcasting, then this episode should do the trick! I'd love to hear your thoughts on this episode or about anything podcasting in general. The quick answer...Twitter! Find us all over the interwebs!
